"Attention is the beginning of devotion."
Mary Oliver
This journal doesn't require perfection. It requires honesty. A two-minute entry on a hard day counts as much as a full page on a good one. The point is noticing not performing.
Fill in your daily entry each evening
Takes 35 minutes. Log screen time, rate your mood, note one offline moment, answer the reflection prompt.
Use the weekly tracker to spot patterns
After each 7-day block, fill in the weekly overview. Patterns only become visible across days.
Complete the weekly reflection pages
Four questions at the end of each week. Spend 510 minutes here they get more interesting as weeks pass.
Don't skip the end-of-month reflection
Page 31 is the most important page. Thirty days of small data adds up to something significant.
If you miss a day, note it and continue
Write the date and "missed" or one sentence. Gaps are data too. Don't restart just continue.
Each daily page includes: screen time log mood check offline moment reflection prompt tomorrow's intention
Fill in each row at the end of the day, or complete the whole table at end of week.
After day thirty
Give this page real time. Thirty days of small observations adds up to something worth sitting with.
